About this file

This document outlines the Report of Shipment (REPSHIP) data requirements for individual shipments of hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and inert component parts between Continental United States (CONUS) locations and overseas destinations.

The template specifies 15 critical data elements that must be included in a REPSHIP, including: shipment date (Julian calendar), estimated arrival time, required delivery date, carrier information, bill of lading number, security details (MTX-GS service number and release numbers), cargo description, container/seal information, security risk category, controlled item inventory code, net explosive weight, hazard classifications, and DODIC/NALC codes. The document includes important notes regarding multiple shipment scenarios, mode-specific requirements, and special handling of weapons shipments that require serial number identification. This template appears to support the broader solicitation FA8213-25-R-B001 for BBU-48A/B Impulse Cartridge production, providing standardized shipping documentation requirements for hazardous materials.
