About this file

This document is an Addendum to an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) solicitation issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) for Rented Equipment. The ITQ is seeking suppliers to submit qualifications to be eligible to respond to Requests for Quotes (RFQs) for various types of rental equipment, with or without operators, in identified counties. The initial enrollment period was from December 1, 2016 through March 22, 2017, followed by an open enrollment period from May 1, 2017 through June 30, 2027, during which suppliers may seek to be added to the list of qualified ITQ suppliers at any time through the eProcurement website. Existing suppliers may also seek to become qualified to provide additional equipment or counties throughout the term of the contract.

The Rented Equipment Vendor User Manual has been revised and attached to provide guidance on submitting an ITQ application and updating an existing Rented Equipment ITQ contract in the eProcurement system. The contract term is through June 30, 2027, with no specific renewal options mentioned. Pricing terms, set-asides, funding sources, and other salient contract details were not provided in the addendum.
