About this file
This document is an Addendum to the Rented Equipment Invitation To Qualify (REITQ) solicitation issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). Addendum 16 updates the payment terms in the Statement of Work, changing the payment method to Automated Clearing House (ACH) and providing details on the contractor's responsibilities. It also replaces the Enhanced Minimum Wage Provisions, increasing the minimum hourly wage to $15.00 with an annual cost-of-living adjustment starting July 1, 2023.
The REITQ solicitation allows suppliers to submit qualifications to be awarded a contract and be eligible to respond to future Requests for Quotes for various types of rented equipment, with or without operators, in identified counties across Pennsylvania. The initial enrollment period was from December 1, 2016, through March 22, 2017, with an ongoing open enrollment from May 1, 2017, through June 30, 2027, allowing suppliers to become qualified at any time.
