About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document from the Florida Department of Management Services, Real Estate Development and Management division, for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) REDM2526-05, specifically seeking construction management services for the Capitol Complex Generators Replacement project. The Q&A document covers a single question regarding the estimated construction budget, which is $16 million. The document is dated July 2025 and originates from their Tallahassee, Florida office, with contact information provided at 4050 Esplanade Way.

The document includes a legal notice about protest procedures under Florida Statutes, indicating this is part of a formal procurement process. The Q&A format suggests this is an early stage of the procurement where potential bidders can seek clarification about the project. While only one question is addressed in this document, it provides critical budget information for prospective construction management service providers interested in the Capitol Complex generators replacement project.
