The roofing membrane manufacturer’s rep expressed a few concerns:
a. Project documents call for a warranty as follows:
Furnish twenty (20) year manufacturer's warranty, without monetary limitation, in which manufacturer agrees to repair or replace all components and accessories, of the roofing system that fail in materials or workmanship within the specified warranty period. Warranty shall not be limited by damage resulting from wind as project system is not subjected to these forces. Leaks are considered as failure.

(1) An identifier assigned to entities located in the United States or its outlying areas by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Branch to identify a commercial or Government entity, or
(2) An identifier assigned by a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) or by the NATO Support Agency (NSPA) to entities located outside the United States and its outlying areas that the DLA Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Branch records and maintains in the CAGE master file.
