About this file
This document provides a checklist and requirements for submitting a quote in response to a solicitation seeking annual maintenance of a chancery pond. Interested vendors must complete blocks on the Standard Form 1449, provide pricing, evidence of relevant experience and resources, a strategic plan detailing their work approach, and proof of insurance or intent to obtain it. Quotes are due by 5:00 PM GMT on February 22, 2024. The solicitation seeks base year only maintenance of a pond at the U.S. Embassy in London, including a pre-quote site visit on February 8, 2024. Vendors must register with SAM for opportunities over $30,000 and provide their DUNS number with any response. The checklist ensures vendors submit all required information for their bid to be considered.
