About this file

This document includes a questions and answers spreadsheet and a related federal contract opportunity notice for maintenance of a chancery pond. The annual maintenance of the pond located at the US Embassy in London requires on-site pond cleaning, debris removal, aquatic plant management, and water quality testing. Interested parties must attend a mandatory pre-proposal site visit on February 8, 2024 and submit pricing by February 22, 2024. The contractor must be certified under ISO quality, environmental, and safety standards. While the solicitation requires an established UK business, establishing a new UK company post-award may be permissible. Similarly, the ISO certificates can be submitted after award though prior certification is preferred.
