About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) seeking industry feedback on a potential Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) procurement. The document contains 11 questions designed to gather insights on proposal development, contract structure, business partnerships, and evaluation approaches. Key areas of inquiry include the types of market participants (original manufacturers, value-added resellers, systems integrators), potential teaming arrangements, facility security clearance requirements, and methods for effectively assessing offerors' capabilities in delivering comprehensive C-UAS solutions. DHS is particularly interested in understanding how to structure the solicitation to encourage teaming, minimize redundant awards, and ensure full scope coverage of C-UAS capabilities across different use cases.
