LFC Pre-Bid Meeting 5/29/24 9am to 10am

Q1: Explain the scoring and what or why the highest wouldn’t be the winning proposal?

A1: Scoring is done by panel members to have a starting point for conversation. The scoring guides the panelist but is not the only criteria the panel members are looking at. For example, if there is a lack of work-based learning experiences in one particular industry, the panel may opt to fund a proposal to fill that need, even if it was not the highest scored proposal.

Q2: What is the target number of participants?

A2: This is a decision for the provider based on their cost per participant and budget. We do not have a target number and understand this this can vary by provider.

Q3: What is the insurance needed?

A3: Listed in the RFP.
