Questions Received by December 29, 2023

Answers Posted by January 5, 2024

1. Criteria 5: DBE/WBE/DVB has a point weight of 5 on page 9 and a point weight of 10 on page 12. Can you confirm which one is correct?

Answer: The correct point weight for DBE/WBE/DVB is 5 points. An addendum will also be posted to correct.

2. The RFP states submittals should be on 8.5 by 11 size paper. Would the City accept the use of 11 by 17 size paper to illustrate a large figure, and would that page be counted as one sheet?

Answer: We will allow the larger size for a drawing/figure. It will count as one sheet.

3. For experience in Wisconsin projects, how many years ago should be included?

Answer: Please include projects within the last 5 years.

4. What is the preferred way to send submittals?

Answer: The City would like to receive submittals electronically to purchase@cityofsunprairie.com no later than January 19, 2024, at noon.

5. Is there an electronic file size limit on the submittal?

Answer: 50 MB – please reach out to Jeremy Cramer if the file will be larger than that.

6. Is the timeframe still preferred?

Answer: Yes, evaluation is based on the firm’s ability to complete the project within the desired timeframe.
