About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for a state and local contract opportunity issued by the City of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin's Department of Parks, Recreation & Forestry for lighting design and engineering services at the Wyndham Hills Pickleball Complex. The City is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide design, engineering, and construction administration services for tournament-quality lighting at the facility. A topographic site survey has already been completed prior to the spring 2022 construction of the expanded facility, and LSI Lighting has completed a preliminary layout for the project. Project construction staking will not be part of the consultant's scope of work and can be completed either in-house or assigned as part of the contractor's bid package. Proposals were due on October 21, 2022 at 2:00 PM.
The total project budget is $75,000 and includes all design, engineering, construction documents, construction services, and construction costs. While lights, poles, and lighting controls may be sole-sourced or directly purchased from LSI Lighting, this arrangement has not been confirmed and will depend on identifying an existing contract to piggyback off of. No site visits, bidder conferences, or award dates are specified in this questions and answers document.
