The initial period is from the date of the award to June 30, 2023, with a renewal term from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025. The solicitation has been updated to require a total warranty of 3 years, inclusive of the manufacturer warranty, for each scanner. QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES: 22IT016000 Network Scanner Re-Bid

1) The scanner I intend to bid has a three year warranty. In bidding this item, should I include the 2 year extended warranty, which would be years 4 and 5 or are you looking for a three year total warranty?

SOS is requesting a 3-year total warranty for each scanner. Section 1 of the solicitation has been updated to reflect this. Each scanner must have a total warranty of 3 years, inclusive of the manufacturer warranty.

2) To clarify, the initial period is from the date of the award to June 30, 2023 and the renewal term is July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025. Is this correct?

Yes, that’s correct.

3) I wanted to know if that would eliminate the unit for consideration if our proposed model doesn’t have LDAP support

0. Must have network protocols TCP/IP (IPv4 / IPv6 ), DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SMB, LDAP, NTP, HTTP, SNMP;
