About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers sheet related to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) from the Illinois Department of Human Services for wall coverings in two of the seven residential buildings at the Jack Mabley Developmental Center. The IFB requires providing and installing protective wall coverings, with all work to be completed by June 30, 2023. The document addresses questions about the epoxy application process, material specifications, and availability of floor plans. It confirms that offsite epoxy application is required and that detailed specifications can be found in the IFB document.

The contract opportunity is limited to Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) vendors only. The IFB requires electronic submission through the BidBuy procurement platform, and no paper responses will be accepted. Pricing terms, funding sources, and award details are not provided in this Questions and Answers sheet.
