About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers amendment for the AGR-Marketing-Illinois Products Logo procurement (Solicitation #24-406AGR-PROC4-B-43656) issued by the State of Illinois Department of Agriculture (AGR). The procurement is seeking vendors to provide 5,000 floor graphics, 1,000 shelf talkers, 1,000 pull-up banners, and 1,000 floor displays featuring the Illinois logo, with a required delivery date of July 25, 2024. There is no pre-bid conference scheduled, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contract term is from the date of execution through June 30, 2025, with no renewal options specified.

The procurement has been designated as a Small Business Set-Aside, but a waiver has been granted due to the need for a brand name product and the lack of available small business vendors. As a result, the contract is open to all qualified vendors. The estimated value of the procurement is $98,000 and will be funded by state funds. The current incumbent contractor is not identified, and no information is provided about the existing marketing environment or any required technology integration.

Do we know what quantity they would be ordering for each PO? do we know what will be the quantity ordered for the in-hand date 07/25/2024, can we propose our MOQs for the items requested?

2. The order quantity is specified under the items tab on Bid Buy and also under the RFQ. It is preferred that they products are in hand by 7/25/2024.

3. The bid lists 5,000pieces and it states there are three versions…does this mean 5000 or each…or 5000 total pieces?

3. 5,000 sets (so 5,000 of each)

4. Also, do you have a image of the art…the sticker being transparent makes me a bit concerned.

4. This image is named Floor Sticker – Rectangle – Transparent Logo MOCK UP (Images will be attached under this amendment)

5. On contract it says 1,000 shelf talkers while on the Bid Buy 10,000. Which one is correct.
