| 1 | Will the Government please clarify the number of hours per year for the base and option periods? | The Government expects the offeror to propose a solution to fulfill the tasks and requirements of the RFQ. |
| 2 | Will after-hour support be compensated at normal time times 1.5 or normal time rate times two? | Offerors shall propose the labor CLINS as firm fixed price and the Government will not pay for overtime. Offerors shall propose their level of effort and pricing accordingly to account for the requirements stated within the RFQ. |
| 3 | How many incumbent employees are currently working this effort by labor category and skill level? Will the Government provide the level of effort estimated for this project? | The Government cannot provide incumbent information. It is up to the vendor to provide its solution per the requirements of the RFQ. |
| 4 | Does the single-sided page limit in the Technical Proposal include the cover page and table of contents? | Please see Section 3 of the RFQ for Instructions. Please note that this question is only applicable when a technical proposal is required. |
| 5 | Please clarify how the Government intends to establish technical acceptability | Please see Section 3 of the RFQ for Information on what the Government will review as part of the evaluation. |
| 6 | Do contractors have to provide only key employees in the personnel summary sheet, or do all individuals that has been on the task need to be listed? | The Personnel Summary and Resource Allocation spreadsheet shall include all personnel offered for the requirement. Only Key Personnel require a Personnel Name. The Personnel Name field may be left blank for all Non-Key Personnel. |
