About this file

This document is a Question and Answer (Q&A) regarding Request for Proposal S-10000-00005750 for the Foster Plus program, a collaboration of Behavior Rehabilitation Services (BRS) Proctor Care agencies in the state of Oregon. The program currently has 175 certified BRS proctor and Behavior Health - Treatment Foster Care (BH-TFC) homes, with several being respite homes not available for full-time placement. The State of Oregon, through the Department of Human Services, Child Welfare Division, is seeking a Coordinating Entity to manage this program, which serves the jurisdictions of Marion County and the city of Salem.

The Q&A provides additional details on the current program statistics, but does not include information on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other contractual elements. The document focuses on responding to a specific question regarding the number of certified homes in the program.
