The key details are:

  1. The previously scheduled "Industry Day" has been changed to a "Pre-Proposal Conference" to discuss the USCP's procurement and other upcoming contract opportunities.
  2. Offerors who submit an RFI response will be invited to deliver a 30-minute presentation to USCP around December 18-20, 2024.
  3. Amendment #1 Q&As have been provided to contractors who executed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and submitted company information.
  4. An updated NDA/Conflict of Interest form is available on the SAM.gov posting.

Combined RFI/Synopsis/Solicitation: Maintenance, Repair, and Maintenance-Driven Lifecycle Installations of Electronic Security Systems – Down Select

Phase I RFI

Amendment #1

The purpose of Amendment #1 is to: 1) change the SAM.gov announcement from “Industry Day” to a “Pre-Proposal Conference” and clarify the purpose of this event; 2) provide scheduling information about Offeror presentations; 3) provide Q&As; and 4) provide an updated NDA/COI form.

1. The event scheduled for November 27, 2024 is a Pre-Proposal Conference to discuss the USCP’s procurement, “Maintenance, Repair, and Maintenance-Driven Lifecycle Installations of Electronic Security Systems.” In this pre-proposal conference, the USCP will discuss the acquisition strategy and requirement, and briefly discuss a couple of other upcoming contract opportunities.

2. Offerors submitting an RFI response will be invited to deliver a 30-minute presentation to the USCP.

Presentations are currently scheduled around December 18-20, and the Contract Specialist will provide available time slots, which will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Contractors planning to submit a timely Phase I RFI response should be prepared to present.

3. Amendment #1 Q&As have been shared with contractors who initially requested the RFI CD.

Contractors who have not executed an NDA and submitted company information to the Contract Specialist must do so to access the Q&As.

4. An updated Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)/Conflict of Interest (COI) form is provided on the SAM.gov posting. Contractors who already submitted an executed NDA/COI form do not need to resubmit.
