ARCHAEOLOGICAL SURVEY OF WHITE RIVER WILDLIFE AREA
EAST CASCADES OAK PARTNERSHIP (ECOP) TREATMENT AREAS
January 2, 2025
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:
Following are questions received from Proposers and ODFW’s answers. The answers and clarifications provided below by ODFW are for informational purposes ONLY and DO NOT constitute a change to the terms, conditions, technical specifications or requirements of the RFP.
1. Question: At 5050 acres, it would seem on the low end for manned aircraft, so I would like to know if this job is something that could be performed using a fixed wing drone. If not, could a portion of this scope become available for drones?
Answer: Surveying by drone does not meet Oregon SHPO requirements for archaeological surveys, nor is it within the scope of work for the RFP.
