Can the customer please confirm they would like vendors to just speak to the PWS 3.3 requirements?The Government wants vendors to provide their company's approach to perform circuit management activities noted within PWS paragraph 3.3. "Responsible for overall circuit management activities, including identifying requirements, ordering circuits, monitoring and maintaining circuit plans, and coordinating with internal and external organizations to establish new circuits and troubleshoot problems with existing circuits"

Subfactor 2.4Subfactor 2.4 - Program Management/Acquisition Support - Submittal Requirements notes providing your company's approach to performing program management/acquisition support activities and notes PWS Paragraphs 3.1.1, 3.2.1, 3.3, and 3.4. These PWS Paragraphs are covered in Sub-factors 2.1- 2.2.
Will the Government please confirm that Subfactor 2.4 should only focus on PWS Paragraph 3.4?PWS paragraph 3.4. is not the only focus. The Government wants vendors to provide their company's approach to perform program management/acquisition support activities and notes identified in PWS paragraphs 3.1.1, 3.2.1, 3.3, and 3.4. PWS paras 3.1.1. and 3.2.1. state, “Perform basic program management/acquisition support activities including, but not limited to, reviewing, editing, and evaluating program requirements for completeness and accuracy, as well as tracking and reporting project statuses” in support of OSA/EA. PWS para 3.3. is program management activities is support of EACN. PWS para 3.4. is acquisition support activities in support of EACN.

Volume Set upPer the Volume Outlines provided, The Factor 2 Technical Approach page allocations are prescribed.

Will the Government consider not prescribing page count across the Subfactors and leave the Volume simply at 20 pages total? This allows a bit more flexibility as it pertains to ability to speak to all requirements of PWS Paragraphs with a greater amount of sub-elements. 20 pages total to provide technical approach to specifically sub-factors 2.1., 2.2., 2.3 and 2.4 is acceptable.
