The contractor maintains containers in sanitary condition, cleans spills immediately, submits weekly Handelspapier reports detailing collections, and obtains DBIDS identification for all personnel. The contract runs for a 12-month base year (September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027) with four optional one-year renewals. Services are not mission essential, and the government applies customer complaint methods for performance evaluation.
