Appendix B

T&E Individual Trials, Group Trials, and Functional Testing

Individual Trials, Group Trials, and Functional Testing Requirements. Contractor shall perform the validation of the courseware/learning products using the targeted Army Learning environment. Courseware/learning product validation shall be performed using validation procedures per TR 350-70, TP 350-7-14, and appropriate guidance listed within Appendix E, Technical Specifications and located at tadlp.tradoc.army.mil/developers-portal.html under the ACCEPTANCE Tab, and as specified in the individual task order.

Individual Trials, Group Trials and Functional testing shall be conducted iteratively until there are no Criticality Level issues. All Criticality Level issues identified within Individual Trials shall be corrected before advancing to Group Trials. All Criticality Level issues identified within Group Trials shall be corrected before advancing to Functional testing. Criticality Level Issues Categorization are listed within Army T&E Product Acceptance Criteria under the ACCEPTANCE Tab located at https://tadlp.tradoc.army.mil/developers-portal.html.

The contractor shall repeat Individual Trials, Group Trials, or Functional testing to address areas related to deficiencies, issues and failures reported in Individual Trials, Group Trials, or Functional testing validation report. When each Individual Trials, Group Trials, and Functional testing iteration is complete, the contractor shall generate a complete Final Content Submission packet, deliverables, and all supporting documentation per the appropriate guidance listed within this Appendix and as specified in the individual task order, When the government determines Functional Testing is completed, the contractor will be notified and the contractor, if necessary, shall prepare and deliver a new Final Deliverables submission packet with corrected files following guidance provided in the appropriate guidance listed within this Appendix and as specified in the individual task order.
