Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis, Virginia, anticipates awarding one (1) Single Award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (SAIDIQ) contract with Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) as a competitive 8(a) set-aside. This is a recurring requirement for the Army Virtual Learning Environment (ALVE) 2.0 for Fort Eustis, VA. The AVLE 2.0 requirement consists of Training Modules varying between Levels 0-4 to develop, implement, and evaluation instruction enhancing and extending traditional methods of learning. Usage of the Army Distributed Learning Program (TADLP) products, including classrooms, mobile devices, desktops, and facilities will be required at Fort Eustis, VA. These services include, but not limited to, providing personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the requirements for AVLE 2.0. The anticipated period of performance will be a 12-month Base Year, and four (4) Option Years (OYs). This is a posting of the DRAFT SOLICITATION for this requirement only, and NOT the actual solicitation. The anticipated posting date for the solicitation has yet to be determined. The applicable NAICS code is 541511 – Custom Computer Programming Services, with a small business size standard of $34M. No paper copies of the solicitations will be issued. All documents, including the solicitation W911S023RMCTU and all amendments to the solicitation, will be obtainable via SAM.gov. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. All questions and recommendations on how this draft solicitation can support industry better is strongly recommended. Questions will be required no later than 6 March 2023. The draft solicitation will close on 10 March 2023. All questions/recommendations MUST be submitted in writing to Jayson L.
