5.2.1 Coordination. The COR will maintain a location tracker of all temporarily located latrines placed within the training site. Temporary latrines will be moved throughout the training site and the number of units and locations will be adjusted throughout the contract period based off training unit requests. All movements of latrines will be requested by the COR to the contractor via phone or email. All efforts will be made to request the movement of the latrines two weeks prior to the start of the training period; however, the COR may require latrines to be moved to specific locations throughout the training period. If relocation is requested, the COR shall provide 24 hour notice to the contractor in advance of the requested delivery time window.
These requests will be considered “Last Minute”. In the event of a “Last Minute” relocation request, the contractor will move the requested amount of units to the location within 24 hours of notification.
5.2.2 Temporary Latrines not actively being utilized can remain in the location last used.
Temporary latrines remaining in areas that are not actively being used will continue to be properly maintained and cleaned. The COR will provide notification to the contractor if a location is no longer in need of contract support.
5.2.3 The Contractor will be responsible for ensuring a thorough cleaning of a 10ft radius around the site of the removed latrines and grey water tank, and all waste accumulated due to services shall be discarded using appropriate safety measures for disposing of waste.
