About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document containing four contractor questions and government responses regarding an Environmental Health and Safety Services Support contract for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Federal Occupational Health (FOH) division.

Key clarifications include: contractors must hold all applicable state-specific licenses for asbestos inspection, monitoring and remediation work; the Environmental Health Specialist (Sanitarian) position prefers NEHA REHS/RS certification but will consider other recognized certifications; proof of credentials for three current personnel is excluded from the 20-page proposal limit; and tables/figures may use 10-point font with single spacing. The Q&A format provides specific guidance on proposal preparation and qualification requirements for this IDIQ contract opportunity.
