The City seeks vendors with proven experience producing large-scale aerial displays in high-visibility downtown waterfront settings. The scope of services requires vendors to provide complete fireworks programs including show design, products, staffing, safety planning, permitting support, regulatory compliance, equipment, setup, and on-site execution. Base services include one 20-minute Fourth of July display (available for either land or barge launch commencing between 8:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.) and New Year's Eve displays priced per 10-minute display (commencing between 8:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. or between 11:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.). The City may elect to hold one or two New Year's Eve displays.
