About this file

This document is a Response Form for Request for Response (RFR) ITS81 for IT Project Services and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Category, designed for potential bidders to provide project details and qualifications. The form appears to be a template for vendors to submit project information to a state or local government procurement process, with specific guidelines for formatting, page limits, and response requirements.

The form requires vendors to describe a project in detail, including company information, project title, client name, staff numbers, project dates, dollar value, tools/software used, project purpose, approach, and outcomes. There are strict formatting requirements, such as using Arial 12-point font, with point deductions for non-compliance, and a maximum three-page limit. The document emphasizes the need for bidders to thoroughly review sections related to qualifications, service specifications, and additional geographic information systems requirements when preparing their submissions.
