About this file

The document is an ITS81 Environmental Practices Form, a procurement document designed to evaluate a bidder's sustainability and environmental practices for a potential state or local government contract. The form requires comprehensive disclosure of a company's environmental policies, practices, and certifications across multiple dimensions including corporate sustainability, facility practices, packaging, transportation, training, and industry certifications.

The form seeks detailed information about a bidder's environmental commitments, such as climate action plans, waste reduction strategies, green fleet policies, greenhouse gas emissions reporting, renewable energy usage, recycling programs, and third-party environmental certifications. While no specific contract details, pricing, or service scope are explicitly outlined, the document is structured to assess a vendor's environmental responsibility and sustainable business practices as part of a qualification process for an IT services or GIS-related contract. Companies are expected to provide documentation and links to substantiate their environmental claims across various categories, with the goal of identifying vendors with robust sustainability initiatives.
