The period of performance for the base year is July 22nd, 2024 to July 21st, 2025. The procurement will be set aside first for small businesses designated by the SBA, with the opportunity opening to full and open competition if there is insufficient response. Accompanying the schedule are the statement of work, wage determination, customer satisfaction survey, staff access questionnaire, and the solicitation providing additional details on the required services for the federal agency.
