SLC Fire Systems and Inspection Vendor Questions for COR/Program Office

1. Are the 5-year wet inspections due in 2024? Should they be included in the FFP pricing?

Yes, they are due November 2024.

2. Are there any systems that require hydrostatic testing?

No.

3. Does the government require that the annual fire alarm testing be done in a single day?

No. However, these inspections should be scheduled and completed in a timely manner.

4. There is no space for IDIQ on the pricing sheet. Will CM work be a part of this contract? If so, will mark-up rates be negotiated after award? T

This project is for inspection services only. Any deficiencies noted during the inspection will become the responsibility of the FAA to correct.

5. Is there a preventative maintenance liability limit?

This project is for system inspection only. Preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance are the responsibilities of the FAA.

6. Is there any historical data available for repairs under the last contract?

7. What is the response time requirement for emergencies?
