About this file

This is a Pricing Proposal document related to a sealed electronic bid solicitation issued by the Pinellas County School District (PCSD) in Florida for Resurfacing, Resealing, and Restriping services. Bids were required to be submitted electronically through the District's e-Procurement Portal no later than 4:00 pm on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. The solicitation was distributed through the OpenGov Procurement system, which automatically notifies registered suppliers of bid opportunities and subsequent addenda. The District strongly emphasized that suppliers obtain bid documents directly from the OpenGov portal to ensure receipt of all addendums and notifications, as documents obtained from other sources would not trigger automatic notifications of updates.

The solicitation indicated that the District would give consideration to prices established by the State of Florida Department of Management Services, Division of Purchasing through existing state contracts as part of the evaluation process. The specific pricing proposal document itself contains the detailed cost information and pricing terms submitted by bidders in response to this opportunity. Additional details regarding set-asides, incumbent contractors, contract term, renewal options, and funding sources would be contained within the complete bid package and related solicitation documents.
