The procurement requires contractors to supply and install eight new efficient cooling towers and remove eight existing single-cell cooling towers that have been operational since 2002. The scope includes phased removal of existing equipment, installation of new cooling towers, commissioning and balance testing, Building Automation System integration, staff training, and proper debris disposal. Bidders must submit firm fixed prices for new cooling tower installation and removal of existing cooling towers, along with fully loaded fixed hourly rates for Contract/Account Managers and Lead Technicians for the base year and all option years. Other direct costs may be submitted on a cost-reimbursement basis.
