About this file

This is a Disclosure Statement issued by Events DC (the Washington Convention and Sports Authority) for a Cooling Tower Replacement Services contract opportunity at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in the District of Columbia. The disclosure statement requires all principals submitting proposals to declare any past or present business, familial, or personal relationships with members of the Events DC Board of Directors and key staff members. The statement applies to all principal parties involved in the bid and must be signed and dated by each principal to whom it relates. Events DC has identified 12 Board members and 18 key staff members with whom bidders must disclose any existing relationships.

Bidders may submit a signed statement indicating no relationships exist, or if relationships are present, must provide a detailed disclosure describing the nature of each relationship. Any disclosure containing relationship information must include a certification statement affirming the accuracy and completeness of the disclosed relationships and must be signed by each applicable principal. This disclosure requirement ensures transparency and helps prevent conflicts of interest in the procurement process for the cooling tower replacement services project.
