The estimated construction cost is $60 million, though the specific award value and CMAR fee percentage are not fixed and will be negotiated during the pre-construction phase. Qualified proposers must be Florida-licensed Certified General Contractors with demonstrated experience completing a minimum of two large-scale facilities and two site development projects in Southwest Florida within the past five years, Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Inspector certification, and knowledge of Florida Generic Permit requirements and Best Management Practices.
