Engineer, Structural Engineer, Civil Engineer, Fire Protection Engineer, and Survey Crew.
(2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required. The
Government's evaluation of specialized experience and technical competence will consider experience diversity in design of projects involving security, law enforcement, and general DoD facilities (buildings), and developing Design-Build Request for Proposal/Bridging documents.
(3) Past performance. The Government's evaluation of past performance will consider the offeror's recent and relevant past performance on contracts with government agencies and private industry in terms of experience with cost control, quality of work, compliance with performance schedules and percentages of work completed by the prime contractor for basic disciplines as listed above in Factor 1.
