Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit

A pre-proposal conference and site tour are mandatory for consideration. All attendees to the site tour must apply for, and receive, a jail clearance. Jail clearances are submitted online at this web address: https://www.smcsheriff.com/jail-clearance-request-application. On the form, under “Reason for Request,” include “RFP Tour with Lt Cheechov.” Applications should be submitted at least seven days prior to the mandatory site tour. Failure to obtain a clearance, including failure to complete the application, will not be considered a mitigating circumstance for not attending the mandatory site tour.

Attendees must provide their own transportation between sites. Proposers must attend both days of the conference and site tour as all included sites will be visited during the course of both days.

The pre-proposal conference and site tour will meet on February 12, 2024 and February 13, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. All questions will be addressed at this conference and any available new information will be provided at that time. If you have further questions regarding the RFP, please submit them through OpenGov.
