The procurement encompasses twelve separate service areas including Elgin, Dixon, Ottawa, Stateville, Watseka, Peoria, Central, Paris, Collinsville, Hillsboro, Effingham, and Carbondale, with corresponding unique BidBuy reference numbers. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for March 19, 2025, at 2:00 PM, to be conducted via Webex video meeting, allowing potential bidders to learn about the Business Enterprise and Veteran Small Business Program (BEP/VSBP) goals and utilization plan process, and to ask questions about solicitation requirements.

Participants can join the conference through a provided web link or by telephone using the specified call-in number and access code. The conference aims to provide clarity on procurement requirements and offer an opportunity for bidders to understand the BEP/VSBP goals. Bidders are recommended to have access to key documents during the meeting, including the BEP/VSBP Utilization Plan, Invitation for Bids, Instructions, Offer, and Contract. While the conference is non-mandatory, it presents a critical opportunity for potential vendors to gain insights into the comprehensive auto body and glass repair service contracts across multiple Illinois state locations.
