About this file
This Addendum is a Swimming Pool Removal document for Warriors Path State Park, located at 490 Hemlock Road in Kingsport, Tennessee. The document outlines a detailed scope of work for demolition and site restoration, specifically targeting the complete removal of the existing swimming pool infrastructure. The contractor's responsibilities include removing exterior pole lights, concrete attachment piers, electrical components, the Kiddie Pool filter room, concrete pads, chain link fencing, and gates. The contractor must dispose of all debris in accordance with applicable regulations and fill holes created by removed infrastructure with topsoil.
The scope of work explicitly states that the contractor will not be responsible for restoring electrical systems to the existing pool house or snack bar building. The project appears to be part of a larger site restoration effort at Warriors Path State Park, with precise specifications for demolition and site preparation. No specific pricing details, funding sources, or contract term lengths are provided in this addendum, which focuses solely on the technical requirements and expectations for the swimming pool removal project.
