Performance sections of potential SE2 Task Orders:
· SE2 Development Support (M) The scope of this task is to provide support in the design, deployment, and integration of software build automation/continuous integration tools within the SEC SE2 that facilitate the post production support of software and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). This includes supporting the current Agile software development tools that facilitate continuous integration and continuous delivery of software maintained by SEC developers. Additionally, FTEs will provide troubleshooting and help desk services (tier 3) while interacting with users and applications administration.
It can be expected that they will be asked to analyze current technologies and recommend cutting edge solution to fulfill current and future requirements. In this position the candidate will also participate in, and contribute to the success of the analysis, planning, deployment, test, and integration of novel DevSecOps technologies into the SE2 infrastructure such that the SEC mission and goals will remain attainable in a rapidly growing technological environment.
Supporting personnel MUST have IAT Level 2 credentials, including baseline cyber certificate(s) and applicable platform certifications, which include common operating environment training (Windows 2016/2019, Linux RedHat/CentOS).
Level of experience should be a combination of Senior/Leads and Journeyman qualified personnel.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
· Employ DevSecOps in terms of capabilities and requirements
· Operate within a Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline
· Research new technologies which will enhance the value of SE2
· Perform the technical work necessary to develop and/or integrate new SE2 capabilities and services to be compatible within the existing SE2
· Define technical requirements based on existing capabilities
· Define technical requirements based on user stories and/ or functional requirements
· Define and perform tasks as part of a cross-functional team
· Perform functional and technical testing of new SE2 capabilities and services
· Ensure that a new or changed SE2 service will meet customer requirements and will be fit for purpose and fit for use
· Integrate customer specific development into the SE2
· Create documentation sets suitable for transitioning SE2 capabilities and services to sustainment (documentation)
· Define and perform continuous improvement to customer facing portal
· Current technologies include: JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, Bitbucket, TFS, Nexus, Jenkins, Selenium, Fortify, SonarQube, CodeDX, Azure, Azure DevOps, Linux, Ansible, Terraform, ADFS, AWS
