The Department of the Air Force Space Command is seeking interested vendors to address safety issues at the Crested Butte and A-Basin Child Development Centers (CDCs), specifically focusing on repairing, replacing, or refurbishing playground equipment and surfaces.
The playground areas have been exposed to Colorado weather for several years, resulting in equipment degradation and safety inspection write-ups that have rendered some equipment unusable. The solicitation (FA2543SSTF0002) aims to identify potential contractors who can resolve these deficiencies, with the opportunity including pictorial documentation of current equipment conditions and plans for a coordinated site visit after initial vendor identification.
