The file is an image (PIC - Deteriorated1 Pour and Fill 20250813.jpg) related to a pre-solicitation Sources Sought Notice for playground repairs at Buckley Space Force Base. The opportunity involves repairing, replacing, and refurbishing playground equipment and surfaces at two Child Development Centers (CDCs) - Crested Butte and A-Basin. The outdoor playground areas have been exposed to Colorado weather for several years, resulting in safety issues and equipment that is no longer usable.
The solicitation is issued by the Department of the Air Force Space Command, with the solicitation number FA2543SSTF0002. The base is seeking interested vendors to address safety write-ups and correct existing deficiencies in the playground areas. A site visit will be coordinated after potential vendors are identified, and the image appears to showcase the current condition of the deteriorated playground surfaces that require repair or replacement.
