About this file
This document is an Attachment C for an Informal Solicitation for Scheduled and On-Call Pest Control Services issued by the Marin Housing Authority (MHA), detailing common areas and unit overviews for multiple properties. The solicitation covers pest control services across two groups of properties: Group A (Federally Funded Properties) and Group B (State/Nonprofit-Funded Properties), which include Golden Gate Village, Terra Linda, Bradly House, Isabel Cook Homes, Fairfax Vest Pocket, Sundance Apartments, and the MHA Main Office. The properties vary in size and composition, ranging from 4 to 130 units, with different common area configurations such as shared kitchens, laundry rooms, community rooms, and trash disposal areas.
The document provides bidders with detailed property information to assist in developing accurate service plans and pricing, noting that all properties lack mechanical garbage chutes and that pest control treatments may require coordination with property management. The unit counts are approximate and intended for planning purposes, with exact layouts to be confirmed during a pre-award walk-through. Sensitive populations include senior and family residents, and vendors are encouraged to assess sensitive areas and use only approved materials. The solicitation emphasizes the need for careful assessment and flexible approach to pest control across these diverse housing properties.
