About this file

This document is Exhibit A, a Wage Requirements Summary and References for the Marin Housing Authority's Electrical Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The exhibit outlines wage requirements for electrical services across two property groups: Group A (Federally HUD-funded properties like Golden Gate Village) and Group B (State and non-profit funded properties including Bradley House, Fairfax Vest Pocket, Isabel Cook, and Sundance Apartments). Contractors will be required to comply with the specific wage standard identified in each issued Purchase Order, which will vary depending on the funding source.

The document provides detailed wage rate references for both Davis-Bacon (Federal) and California Prevailing Wage standards, with example rates for an Electrician in Marin County ranging from approximately $68-$70 per hour as of 2024. Contractor obligations include confirming wage determinations before starting work, paying at or above required rates, maintaining certified payroll records for three years, submitting compliance documentation, and ensuring subcontractors also comply. The procurement contact is Chris Barta, Procurement Officer, who can be reached at cbarta@marinhousing.org or (415) 491-2525 ext. 708.
