About this file
The document provided is a set of amendments to a Request for Response (RFR) issued by the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF) for Parenting Capacity Evaluation services. The amendments extend the timeline for submitting evaluation reports, increasing the initial allotted time from 35 to 45 calendar days and allowing for further extensions at the discretion of the DCF referral source. The initial RFR was issued on July 30, 2021, and the bid opening date was corrected to September 10, 2021. The RFR seeks proposals from qualified bidders to conduct culturally and linguistically competent and impartial parenting capacity evaluations, forming a pool of provider resources across the Commonwealth to respond to referrals from DCF's 29 Area Offices.
The amendments do not provide any additional details on pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient contract information. The focus is solely on clarifying and extending the timeline for completing the parenting capacity evaluation services requested through this procurement.
