Attachment 7 – Demonstration Requirements Learning Management System (LMS) Solicitation No. PC-17-Q-030

The Contractor shall fully demonstrate their LMS solutions functionality iaw the functional and technical requirements outlined below and in Attachment 2 – Functional and Technical Requirements. The following list indicates the high-priority, primary functionality that the Peace Corps would like to see during the demonstration:

1. System navigation for all end users, to include accessing Help

2. Performing searches in the LMS solution(s), in specific screens, and/or in the course catalog

3. Different system views/responsibilities by user role (i.e. Staff, Volunteer, Supervisor, System Admin, etc.)

4. Course catalog configuration by user role

5. Learner history

6. Assigning training to users

7. Associating specific training to user groups

8. Approval/routing workflows for training requests, forms, etc.

9. Completing a course (along with any associated test/grade functionality)

10. Loading courses to the LMS

11. Revising/updating active courses in the LMS

12. System notifications, messaging

13. Calendar of events

14. Show how the system handles e-learning vs webinars vs ILT

15. Reporting functionality (standard reports vs customized queries): Demonstrate a report reflecting a customized user profile field (i.e. Post) by user quiz/test results. Users, test data, and Post listed to be provided.

16. Entering manual data (i.e. Course completions for ILT that have manual sign-in sheets, etc.)

17. Mobile browsing

18. Show how low-bandwidth works

19. Open a .mbz (Moodle) course file provided by the Peace Corps and show how it looks in the LMS solution

20. Show how the offline solution works

The above comprehensive list represents functionality that is expected in any LMS solution(s). However, we welcome demo’s that show additional functionality.

All demonstrations will be held at Peace Corps headquarters approximately 2-3 weeks after quote submissions. Peace Corps will contact the appropriate selected Contractor’s point of contact to establish a date and time for the demonstration. The Contractor shall bring in all necessary equipment (i.e., computers, monitors, overhead projection or flat screens) needed in support of their demonstration. All product demonstrations will take place at Peace Corps offices located at 1111 20th Street NW, Washington, DC 20526.
