About this file
This is Addendum 4 to a request for proposals issued by the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners, Department of Airports, for the DJT Airfield Vault Building Expansion project (PB 26-12). The addendum, issued on October 9, 2026, modifies the original proposal documents through clarifications and corrections. Bidders were required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum and attach it to their proposals. The bid due date was confirmed as October 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM, with no extension granted despite requests for additional time to review contract documents. The addendum clarifies that only documents specifically associated with the PB 26-12 procurement downloaded through the Palm Beach County VSS portal should be considered, with all other documents to be deleted and excluded from bid consideration.
The addendum addresses three bidder inquiries regarding vendor registration, document deadlines, and handling of confidential materials. New vendors seeking guidance on completing Palm Beach County vendor registration were directed to contact the Procurement Office through the designated link. For non-disclosure agreement (NDA) compliance, bidders were instructed that hard copy prints must be physically returned to AECOM at 1400 Centrepark Boulevard, Suite 860, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401, Attention: Debbie Williams, while electronic copies must be deleted from all devices. The Project Manual and Contract Drawings contained no changes in this addendum.

ADDENDUM NO. 4
This addendum includes the following:
1. General:
NOTICE: Any Documents not specifically associated with the PB 26-12 DJT Airfield Vault Building Expansion procurement downloaded via the PBC VSS portal are to be deleted and removed and are not to be considered for the PB 26-12 Bid.
2. Project Manual: No Changes
3. Contract Drawings: No Changes
4. Bidders’ Questions:
4.1. Question: We would like to respectfully request a short
extension of the question deadline and of the bid due date, currently October 13 at 2:00 PM. With questions due today, we don't have enough time to review the contract documents properly and put together a complete, competitive bid. We were aware of this RFP this week, and an extension of the questions would be very much appreciated.
a. Response: The PB 26-12 Bid Due Date will not be extended.
4.2. We also submitted our Palm Beach County vendor
registration through VSS this morning. Since this would be our first project with the County, I'd appreciate any guidance on completing that registration and getting notified of future bids.
a. Response: Contact the Palm Beach County Procurement
Office for assistance. You may use the following Link:

Registration.aspx
4.3. Could you also confirm how documents received under the
NDA should be returned or destroyed if we are not awarded?
a. Response: Per Item 5 of the signed Non-Disclosure
Agreement (NDA), all hard copy prints are required to be returned to the designated agent at the following address:
AECOM
1400 Centrepark Blvd., Suite 860 West Palm Beach, FL 33401 Contact Person: Debbie Williams
