About this file
This document contains an optional past performance survey for contractors bidding on the Idaho Panhandle National Forest, Coeur d'Alene River Ranger District, Kit Price Campground Improvements project. The project involves campground improvement work including replacing water and wastewater holding tanks and associated piping, aggregate haul and placement, new asphalt paving, patching of existing pavement, asphalt chip seal, installing new precast concrete toilets and storage buildings, constructing wood shade structures and information kiosks, and installing picnic tables and fire rings. Additional work includes removing existing toilet buildings, storage sheds, stumps, and concrete bollards and pads. The survey evaluates contractors on quality, schedule, cost control, and management/business relations for previous similar projects and asks if the agency would award the contractor another contract. Completed surveys should be returned to Rita Loper, CO, at the specified email address.
