About this file
This solicitation package outlines requirements for a construction contract to complete campground improvements on the Idaho Panhandle National Forest. Work includes removing and replacing water and wastewater holding tanks, placing aggregate, paving asphalt, installing shade structures, toilets, picnic areas and signage. The Forest Service seeks a contractor to mobilize by a specified date and complete repairs, upgrades and new construction across multiple campground sites. Pricing is requested for base scope items along with two additive alternates that could expand the work. The contractor must follow all applicable state and federal construction standards and obtain necessary permits. Biobased products are preferred where feasible. The response due date is not provided in this package.
