About this file

The Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) is a standardized evaluation form used by the United States Department of Transportation - Federal Aviation Administration to assess a contractor's performance history. The document provides a comprehensive rating system with five performance levels (Excellent, Good, Satisfactory, Marginal, and Unsatisfactory) across six key evaluation areas: compliance with specifications, project management effectiveness, timeliness of performance, cost control, customer satisfaction, and an opportunity for general comments.

The PPQ is specifically related to the LAW ATCT New Tower Construction project in Lawton, Oklahoma, with a procurement value between $35-45 million. The project falls under NAICS code 236220 and has a performance period of 542 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation (Number 697DCK-25-R-00367) is available on a Full & Open basis through the FAA Eastern Region Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, with Walter Parker serving as the engineering/facility point of contact.
