About this file
This document contains a past performance evaluation survey for contractors bidding on the Flathead NF, Hungry Horse RD, Lions Lake Dam Rehabilitation federal contract opportunity. The opportunity involves rehabilitating the south and north dams at Lions Lake, including recontouring and adding riprap to the south dam embankment slope, modifying the outlet shaft and spillway structure, replacing the downstream outlet pipe, and raising the embankment crest and rebuilding the downstream embankment at the north dam. Work must be completed within 100 calendar days and is estimated to cost between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The survey collects ratings and comments on a contractor's overall performance, quality, schedule, cost control, and management/business relations on a previous similar project. It will be used to evaluate contractors for quality performance and determine if they would be awarded another contract. The contracting agency is the USDA Forest Service.
