a. Legs will be set in the maintenance position by the installation, prior to contractor arrival.
3.) Is electricity and water available on site for cleaning crew usage? If so, what is the approximate distance to the tank and are there any utility rates that need to be considered?
a. Utilities are available and rates need to be considered. The approximate distance is 100 feet.
